Work Authorization & Service Terms

Customer & Vehicle Information
Customer provides accurate contact and vehicle information (including year/make/model/VIN when available) and discloses prior modifications and known issues.
Authorization to Perform Work
Customer authorizes C&C Customs Inc. to perform diagnostic and repair work as requested. Additional repairs may be recommended after inspection; customer approval is required before additional work is performed.
Estimates & Changes
Any estimate is an approximation based on information available at the time. Hidden damage, prior modifications, corrosion, or previously incorrect repairs may change parts and labor requirements.
Shop-Supplied Parts & Warranty
Labor and shop-supplied parts are covered by a limited warranty of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first, under normal operating conditions. See the Disclaimer & Warranty page for exclusions.
Customer-Supplied Parts
Customer-supplied parts are installed at the customer’s risk. No warranty applies to customer-supplied parts, and C&C is not responsible for defects, incorrect parts, incompatibility, or labor for removal/replacement due to part failure.
Storage, Abandoned Vehicles, & Fees
Customer agrees to pick up vehicles promptly after completion. Storage or administrative fees may apply if a vehicle remains on-site beyond a reasonable period after notification.
Test Drives & Road Testing
Customer authorizes C&C to operate the vehicle on public roads for test drives and verification as reasonably necessary.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unpaid balances may result in a mechanic’s lien as allowed by law.
Signature
Customer signature and date should be captured on your printed or digital work order.
