Customer understands horsepower/torque gains, drivability changes, fuel economy, and reliability outcomes vary by vehicle condition, supporting components, and use.

Increased Wear & Risk

Customer acknowledges performance modifications can increase stress on the engine, drivetrain, cooling, and braking systems, and may accelerate wear or cause failures.

Emissions & Legal Compliance

Customer is solely responsible for ensuring emissions and legal compliance. C&C does not provide legal advice regarding emissions or street legality.

Warranty Impacts

Customer acknowledges performance modifications may void manufacturer warranties and/or third-party warranties.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, customer releases and holds harmless C&C Customs Inc. from claims or damages arising from performance modifications, including consequential damages.
