C&C Customs Inc. provides no warranty, express or implied, on any part supplied by the customer.
Parts Fitment & Compatibility
Customer is responsible for ordering correct parts. If parts do not fit, are incomplete, or incompatible, additional labor charges may apply.
Defects & Early Failure
C&C is not responsible for manufacturer defects, premature failure, or warranty claims related to customer-supplied parts.
Labor for Removal/Replacement
If a customer-supplied part fails, customer is responsible for labor charges to diagnose, remove, and replace the part.
Core Charges & Returns
Customer is responsible for any core charges, return shipping, and vendor return policies for customer-supplied parts.
Signature
Customer signature and date should be captured prior to installation.
